Welcome to this growing collection of my favorite Mexican and Mexican inspired recipes.

Some of these recipes are inspired by my time living in Mexico over the last few years. These are recipes like Pickled Red Onions, Elote (Street Corn), and Elote Fries – inspired by Equites sold in Merida and Valladolid.

Some of these recipes are more Tex-Mex Inspired in preparation and style but have Mexican inspired ingredients. Try my Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, and Potato Tacos.
