This 5-ingredient Greek Turkey Burger combines lean ground turkey with a super simple seasoning mix to make an easy weeknight dinner that's packed with flavor.

I love Greek-inspired recipes like this Greek turkey burger, topped with my own recipe for Tzatziki sauce (a yogurt sauce made with Greek yogurt and cucumber.) I've also got a Greek fries recipe and a roasted lemon potatoes recipe which make use of Tzatziki sauce for dipping.
I'm crazy about burgers, and for the past few years, I've been into turkey burgers (as well as ground chicken burgers and veggie burgers) more than beef burgers. I've been slowly cutting beef out of my diet as I try to eat my vegetables and less meat, although I still eat some chicken and turkey.
And let me tell you I don't feel like I'm missing out when it comes to burgers, especially these greek burgers. The key is to add a lot of great flavor into the patty, which comes from my simple Greek seasoning recipe. But you can absolutely feel free to make these burgers with ground beef instead.
I also have a basic turkey burger recipe for days when I want a kind of everyday burger - something a little more suited to other toppings like cheddar cheese or jalapeno avocado sauce.
Toppings for a Greek burger
I like to serve these burger patties on one of my Quick Brioche Buns, topped with lettuce, tzatziki sauce, cucumbers, tomato, and red onions. Sometimes I add fresh spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
These patties would be good served on a pita also, with tzatziki, lots of lettuce and sliced tomato and red onion.
You can also skip the bun and make a great burger salad with these - we do this all the time. Just add the burger patties on top of some mixed greens and add more fun toppings like tomato, cucumber, black olives, and feta cheese. You can use Tzatziki sauce to dress it or make a quick Greek salad dressing with the Greek seasoning mix.
