  • tzatziki sauce: try hummus or a tahini sauce.
  • spinach: arugula or mixed greens can replace spinach.
  • feta cheese: try a creamy spreadable goat cheese instead.

  1. Spread the tzatziki sauce and add the avocado slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to season the avocado.

  1. Lay foil beneath the bottom half of the wrap. Fold the foil up and over the wrap and then fold it over and scrunch it together. This makes the wrap easier to eat and helps prevent sauce from leaking out the bottom while you eat.

  • When rolling the wrap, roll it tightly to keep the ingredients from falling out and to ensure a neat, easy-to-eat wrap. Wrapping the bottom in foil helps prevent sauce or ingredients from falling out the bottom while you eat.
  • Use a thick tzatziki sauce, like my recipe to prevent the wrap from becoming soggy.
  • Switch it up! Take this idea and use what you have at home. Use a different flatbread, greens, or sauce!
