Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper.
Cream together butter, peanut butter and both sugars, about 5 minutes, until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour with baking powder and salt. Add to mixing bowl and combine.
Fold in peanut butter chips and peanuts.
Add the batter to the prepared 9x9 pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until done. Test with a toothpick.
Notes
Store the leftover blondies covered at room temperature for 4-5 days.
Try chocolate chips instead of peanut butter chips.
