Air fryer Ranch Potatoes
Air fryer potatoes cubes coated in homemade ranch seasoning and cooked until super crispy on the outside.

Ingredients

russet potatoes
cut into 1-inch chunks
1 ½
tablespoons
dairy-free ranch seasoning
1
tablespoon
olive oil
salt + pepper
to taste
Instructions
Toss potatoes with oil, then add seasoning. Toss to coat.
Spread the potatoes on the air fryer tray (or basket).
Air fry at 400°F (200℃) for 20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes, until soft on the inside and crispy and golden brown on the outside.

As a guideline, I use about 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoons of kosher salt. Use much less if using table salt.
