HOW TO MAKE
To make Tostada shells, brush corn tortillas with oil and bake at 400°F for 5-10 minutes.

Scramble 1 egg per person/wrap

Cut one large tortilla into quarters.

Lay a baked corn tortilla on the large tortilla.

Spread the re-fried beans.

Add tater tots.

Add hot sauce, cheese and tomato.

Add a tortilla quarter on top to seal and start folding each section in towards the middle.

Until it's all wrapped up.

Heat a pan over medium. Place crunchwrap seam side down, to help seal the wrap.

Cook each side for a few minutes each, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve while hot and melty!
