Instructions
Make the dressing by adding all ingredients to a jar or container with a lid and shaking well.
Slice the onions and soak them in ice water for 10 minutes for a more mellow flavor.
Slice the cucumbers.
Add the cucumber and onion to a bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat. Serve.
