Overnight oats inspired by the flavors in the dessert Tiramisu. The oats are soaked in a coffee liquid and then topped with whipped cream cheese, and cocoa powder.
Mix all oats ingredients together. Let sit for 5 minutes and then stir again. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
For the Topping
When the oats are ready to serve, whip room temperature cream cheese with Greek yogurt, and maple syrup.
To Serve
To serve, add the oats to a glass or bowl and top with the whipped topping.
Sift cocoa powder over top and serve or wrap for later.
Stores in the fridge for 4-5 days. Oats get creamier as they sit.

Notes
adjust the texture: You can use all rolled oats if you want it creamier. You can add more liquid when serving if the mixture is too thick for you.
overnight: soaking the oats overnight works best but if you don't want to wait, allow at least 4 hours of soaking.
grab and go: once you mix the ingredients together, you can evenly divide the oats into 2-4 jars before refrigerating. This allows you to just grab a portion and go.
meal prep: these oats last at least 5 days in the fridge, making them perfect to prep at the beginning of your week.
chia seeds: when using chia seeds in overnight oats it helps to mix everything together and then let it sit for five minutes before mixing again. This helps the chia seeds start to absorb the liquid which makes it easier to incorporate them evenly in the mixture and helps prevent them from clumping together.
Store these oats in the fridge for up to 5 days.Serving size is only a suggestion. Feel free to change it in any to fit your lifestyle.
