Ingredients

lb
noodles
I like spaghettini

teaspoon
cooking oil

cloves
garlic
minced

fresh ginger
minced

soy sauce
low sodium

rice vinegar

brown sugar

tablespoon
sesame oil
For optional garnish: sesame seeds
sliced green onions, Sriracha hot sauce

Instructions
Cook your choice of noodles according to package directions.
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for a minute or two until fragrant and turning golden.
Whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar, and carefully add to the skillet. Stir well. Keep warm over medium-low heat.
Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and add them to the saucepan. Heat through.
Add the sesame oil, stir, and remove from heat.
Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds and sriracha sauce (optional).
