This crostini with labneh is simple, delicious, and packed with flavor. The crunchy toast, creamy labneh, sweet honey, and tart raspberries make the perfect bite. Great for breakfast, brunch, snacking, or an appetizer.
Drizzle with olive and air fry at 350°F for 3-4 minutes or until toasted. Alternatively, toast in the oven at 400°F for 8-10 minutes or until toasted.
Spread the labneh on the toasted bread. Add raspberries. Drizzle with honey and then sprinkle the walnuts and chopped mint. Serve.

Customize this recipe by changing up the fruits or trying fresh basil instead of mint. Basil is great with strawberries. You could also try fresh or pan-fried burst cherry tomatoes and balsamic glaze.
