A quick and cozy yogurt bowl made with Greek yogurt, warm cinnamon apples, homemade gingerbread granola, and almond butter. Takes under 10 minutes and perfect for breakfast or snacking.
Heat a small pan over medium heat and melt the coconut oil.
Add the diced apple, cinnamon, maple syrup, salt, and a splash of lemon juice.
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the apples soften but still hold their shape.
Set aside to cool slightly before adding to the yogurt so it doesn’t melt everything.
Assemble the Bowl
Add the yogurt to a bowl.
Spoon the warm cinnamon apples over the yogurt.
Add the granola.
Top with almond butter and serve.
Notes
Use store-bought granola if needed, but I prefer homemade.Swap almond butter for peanut butter, cashew butter, or sunflower seed butter.Use dairy-free yogurt if needed.Make the apples ahead for quicker mornings.
