Creamy everything bagel hummus made with chickpeas, tahini, roasted garlic, and everything bagel seasoning. Blended until smooth for an easy homemade hummus perfect for dipping or spreading.
Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, roasted garlic, salt, and 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning to a blender.
Blend until mostly smooth.
Add ice cubes one at a time, blending between each.
Blend 4–5 minutes until very smooth.
Taste and adjust salt.
Top with remaining seasoning before serving.
Notes
Cook chickpeas until very soft for smooth hummus.Remove skins for extra creamy texture.A blender works better than a food processor.Store in fridge up to 1 week.
