Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and set aside until needed.
For the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Mix the fajita seasoning. Add the seasoning, salt and pepper, lime juice, and oil to the chicken and mix well.
Add the chicken to the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Add a few splashes of beer or water and cover with a cooking dome. Let steam for 2-3 minutes while you heat the tortillas on the grill for 5-10 seconds per side.
For the Tacos
Add the chicken, mango and black bean salad, crema, and cilantro to a tortilla. Repeat with all tortillas and serve.
