Big Mac Sauce

Instructions
For the Sauce
Add all of the sauce ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.
For the fries
Brown the plant ground or beef in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. (About 6-8 minutes).
Bake or air fryer the fries according to package instructions (about 12-14 minutes).
Once the fries are done, top with beef and cheese in two layers. Return to the oven or air fryer to melt the cheese (about 2-4 minutes).
Plate each portion of topped fries and then top with diced onion, sliced pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, and sauce. Serve.

Using an air fryer makes this recipe even quicker. Perfect for making single servings if you have prepped ingredients (beef, sauce, toppings).
