chicken breasts greek yogurt milk hot sauce (I use Magma hot sauce by TastyHeat) flour spices buns + toppings
COOK TIME: 10 MIN
Make a marinade with the milk, yogurt and hot sauce. Pound the chicken out thinner.
Cut the chicken in half and set it in the marinade for at least 30 minutes (up to a few hours).
Mix the flour with the spices and coat each piece of chicken.
Fry the chicken in oil for 4-5 minutes on the first side.
Flip the chicken and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
