Ingredients
Melt the chocolate. I do this in the microwave in 15-30 second increments over 2 - 2 1/2 minutes.
The chocolate should be fully melted and smooth. Be careful not to over heat it.
TIP: add a dollop of chocolate to the baking sheet to keep the parchment paper in place.
TIP: crumple the parchment before using to stop it from rolling up.
Pour the chocolate on the parchment paper lined sheet.
Spread with an offset spatula. Chill for 10-15 minutes in the fridge or freezer.
Add the melted white chocolate.
Spread with an offset spatula.
Before the chocolate sets add the pretzels and push them into the chocolate. Add the crushed candy.
Chill for 20 minutes and then break into pieces to serve.
