INGREDIENTS
Greek yogurt, eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, flour, baking powder, strawberries.
Mix together the yogurt, eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla extract and lemon zest. Add flour and baking powder and mix again.
Add most of the strawberries and gently mix.
Add batter to parchment lined circle cake tin.
Add the rest of the strawberries on top
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about an hour.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, make a powdered sugar glaze with lemon juice, or dollop with whipped cream. See blog post for more infomration.
