This easy bread recipe takes only a fraction of the time a yeast bread takes to make. No yeast means no waiting for bread dough to rise. Use these quick no yeast flatbread for Falafel wraps and flatbread pizza recipes.
Add yogurt and mix to form a ball. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky.
Divide into six.
Roll each portion into a flat pita shape.
Pan fry in over medium heat, a few minutes per side until crispy golden brown spots form.
Brush with butter, rub with a garlic clove, and scatter with fresh chopped parsley. (Optional)

Notes - Add extra flour, a little at a time, if your dough is too sticky. It will stay a bit tacky. See the video below the card to see how to roll the dough.Substitutions - I haven't tried substitutions, but plain yogurt would probably work for the Greek yogurt, and adding in some whole wheat flour instead of all all-purpose flour would probably also work.Storage - Keeps for a few days at room temperature, sealed in plastic wrap or a plastic bag.
