Toss the shrimp with the Cajun seasoning, salt, and oil.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a splash of oil. Cook the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until opaque.
Reduce the heat to low. Pour in the hot honey and toss for about 30 seconds until the shrimp are evenly coated.
Warm the corn tortillas.
Fill each tortilla with avocado, shrimp, and pickled onions.
Drizzle with the garlic lime crema and any remaining hot honey. Serve with lime wedges.
