Fluffernutter Iced Coffee
A homemade coffee shop-style drink inspired by a Fluffernutter sandwich. Made with homemade peanut butter and marshmallow syrup.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup strong coffee or a double shot of espresso
- 1 cup ice
- ½ cup milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter syrup
- 2 tablespoons toasted marshmallow syrup
Instructions
- Add the ice to a large glass.
- Stir the hot coffee or espresso together with the peanut butter syrup and toasted marshmallow syrup until well combined.
- Pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
- Add the milk and stir.
- Serve immediately, with optional garnishes such as marshmallow whipped cream, a toasted marshmallow, and a drizzle of peanut butter syrup.

Notes
Use strong coffee so the coffee flavor holds up against the milk and ice.
For a less sweet drink, use 1 tablespoon of each syrup and add more to taste.
Make the peanut butter syrup and toasted marshmallow syrup ahead of time and refrigerate them separately.
For the garnished version pictured, use melted marshmallow around the rim, marshmallow whipped cream, a toasted marshmallow, and peanut butter syrup. To make marshmallow whipped cream, add marshmallow syrup to heavy cream and beat until whipped.
