Ingredients

1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground oregano 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper or 1 teaspoon gochugaru flakes

Instructions

Measure the spices and add to a jar with a lid.
Shake to mix.
Store in a cool dark place for up to a year.

Notes

This seasoning mix doesn't have salt, because I prefer to add it to the dish I'm making instead. This allow me to control the salt for each dish, regardless of how much seasoning I want to use.

Double or triple the ingredients to make a larger batch to make dinner prep easier.
