This dragon fruit margarita is a blended margarita using vodka instead of tequila and a blend of frozen fruit including red dragon fruit, passion fruit, and pineapple.
To blend: Add all ingredients for the margarita to a blender jug and blend until smooth.If your blender has a hard time even after a few minutes, try stopping to scrape down the sides. If it still has a hard time, add a tablespoon of water at a time until blended.
To garnish: Wet the rim of a glass with an orange slice. Sprinkle salt on a plate and roll the rim of the glass in the salt to coat. Pour the drink into the glass and serve with an orange slice and wide straws.

Don't like dragon fruit? Use another frozen fruit or try my mango margarita.Don't like vodka? Use tequila instead for a more typical margarita.Don't want to use simple syrup? Try agave syrup.To make simple syrup heat equal parts of water and sugar together, stirring the sugar until completely dissolved. Let cool then use in cocktails.
