Ingredients

cup
plain Greek yogurt
1 ⅓
cup
cashew milk

teaspoon
vanilla extract

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
a
pinch
of salt

tablespoons
chia seeds

tablespoons
brown sugar
(or other sweetener, to taste)

rolled oats

cup
sultana raisins
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the liquids.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
Either portion the oats into jars and add lids, or place entire portion in a large container and add a lid. Refrigerate overnight.
Top with whipped heavy cream, if preferred. You can eat these oats hot or cold.
