Cut the brick of halloumi into one-inch squares. I got 24 out of my brick.
Set the breading station up: Add Panko breadcrumbs and spices to one bowl, a large egg (whisked) to another bowl, and the flour to another bowl.
Bread the halloumi: Coat a cube of halloumi first in flour, then egg, and then the breadcrumbs. You can do this by hand, keeping one hand a dry hand and one hand a wet hand, or using a fork.
Place the cubes in a single layer on the air fryer tray, or basket, leaving space between for the air to flow.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.

Notes
Cut the halloumi into evenly sized cubes for even cooking. All air fryers are a little different just like ovens, so watch your halloumi in the last few minutes of cooking. If you want to coat them with cooking spray before cooking for extra browning, do this before placing them on the baking tray or basket. I've read that cooking spray can damage non-stick cookware and bakeware over time. Do what works for you. You could use an oil mister instead.
