Cut the chicken breasts into cutlets: Place the chicken breast on a cutting board. Being careful, press down on the chicken breast with one hand while sliding a sharp knife through sideways.
Add the chicken to a large bowl and coat with the oil and lime juice. Sprinkle on the spices and seasoning and toss to coat.
Move the chicken pieces to the air fryer tray or basket.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165℉ (74℃) on a meat thermometer.

Notes
The chicken breasts sold in my grocery are usually very large, around 9-10 oz.If using a tray-style air fryer with 2 baking trays, rotate the trays halfway. If using a basket-style air fryer you may need to make the chicken in batches.
