Ingredients
Trim the ends off.
Cut the large sprouts in half. Leave the small ones whole.
Peel off the outer layers and save them for later.
Add the sprouts to a bowl.
Coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix.
Add to a parchment-lined sheet pan, flat sides down. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15-20 minutes.
Mix the sauce ingredients.
Add the outer leaves to the sheet pan.
Add the sauce and mix.
Bake for another 5 minutes. Serve.
