Pearl couscous, also called Israeli couscous, is a small pasta shape. It's made with wheat flour and water and extruded into tiny ball shapes that are then toasted, giving it a nutty flavor.

pearl couscous cucumber tomato fresh parsley, cilantro, and dill juice of a lemon garlic ground cumin
Ingredients
Cook the pearl couscous. Bring the water to a boil and add the couscous. Bring to a boil, cover and then simmer for about 10 minutes, or until cooked.
Dice the cucumber and tomato.
Finely chop the fresh herbs, and squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well. Serve.
