No churn ice cream is made with a base of heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks, and then mixed with sweetened condensed milk. Flavors can then be added and then the mixture is frozen.

Ingredients
Mix together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice mix. Try my recipe for pumpkin pie spice mix.
Whip the cream to stiff peaks, and then add the pumpkin mixture. Combine carefully, folding or gently whisking. You don't want to knock out the air you whipped into the cream.
Pour ice cream mix into a shallow container like a bread pan. Freeze.
Let sit for 10-15 minutes before scooping.
