cucumbers Gochujang Hoisin sauce mayo sesame oil sesame seeds green onions, optional garnish gochugaru, optional garnish
Make the sauce by mixing the mayo, hoisin sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil together.
Slice the cucumbers lengthwise.
Press the cucumbers to smash them a bit.
Slice the cucumber into thick slices.
Add the sauce, cucumbers and sesame seeds. Serve immediately. To garnish, sprinkle more sesame seeds, sliced green onions and gochugaru (Korean chili flakes.)
