Ingredients
Make the sauce. Mix together the mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, vinegar, sugar, and salt.
Portion! Divide the beyond beef into 4. (Or 340 grams of beef).
Spread! Spread the beyond beef. It'll be thin but that's ok because we'll fold it in half later.
Grill! Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium-high heat. Add oil and star frying the onions to give them a head start.
Add tortillas! Place the tortillas on the grill, beyond beef side down. Cook for 4-6 minutes, or until cooked through.
Flip it! Flip the tortillas and get ready to top them. Turn the grill off.
Cheese! Add the grilled onions and the cheese.
Sauce it! Add the sauce.
Finish it! Add the pickles and lettuce to one half of the tortilla.
Fold it! Use two spatulas to help fold one side of the tortilla over.
Serve! The other side of the tortilla should be nice and crispy after adding the toppings. Serve hot!
