Roasted sweet potato red onion pepitas green lentils salt and pepper flaxseed (with water) oats nutritional yeast
Ingredients
COOK TIME: 20 MIN
Mix the ground flax with water and let sit until thickened.
Pulse the onion, garlic, sweet potato, oats, pepitas and nutritional yeast in a food processor.
Add the lentils and flax mixture. Pulse.
Roll into 15 veggie balls. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
