What are veggie balls made of?

Veggie balls typically include a combination of vegetables with a bean or pulse, some flour and an egg to bind the mixture.

Roasted sweet potato red onion pepitas green lentils salt and pepper flaxseed (with water) oats nutritional yeast

COOK TIME: 20 MIN

Mix the ground flax with water and let sit until thickened.

Pulse the onion, garlic, sweet potato, oats, pepitas and nutritional yeast in a food processor.
