what is a smoothie bowl?

A smoothie bowl is a nice alternative to drinking a smoothie sometimes. They are thicker, can be eaten with a spoon, and are easily garnished.

frozen mango frozen banana coconut milk water toppings: mango chunks, coconut, chia seeds

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, scraping down if necessary.

Step 1

Blend until fully combined, adding small amounts of water as needed.

Step 2

Blend until completely smooth. A high-powered blender helps.

Step 3

Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Step 4

Smooth the top out with the back of a spoon.

Step 5

Garnish with mango chunks, coconut, and chia seeds (optional).
