Ingredients
Cook the sliced sausages and then cook the onion, carrot and garlic.
Make a roux by melting the butter and then cooking the curry powder and flour in the butter.
Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add the peas and turn down to a simmer.
Add the cream, heat through and serve on mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
