Ingredients
Froth the milk. Heat the milk for a minute or two in the microwave and then froth it. I use oat milk and a battery-powered frother, linked on this page.
Prepare your coffee. While warming and frothing the milk, prepare your coffee, whether using percolated coffee, espresso, pour-over, or instant coffee.
Add the gingerbread syrup to the prepared coffee.
Add the frothed milk. Let the unfrothed milk pour into the cup first and gently slide the froth on top.
Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or nutmeg.
