Ingredients
Make the base. Add the extract and food gel to the whipping cream and whip to stiff peaks. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk.
Freeze. Add the chocolate and freeze the ice cream, at least 6 hours, but overnight is better.
Serve. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to make it easier to scoop.
