This ice cream is no-churn, meaning you don't need an ice cream machine. The base is whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk instead of a traditional egg-based custard.

Ingredients
Make the dough. Heat treat the flour (see blog post for more instructions) and then mix together with butter, sugar, vanilla and cream. Chill for 30 minutes.
Prep dough chunks. You'll only need half of the dough recipe (save the other half for another use, like snacking.) Form the dough into chunks.
Whip the cream and mix with sweetened condensed milk. Add cinnamon to 2/3 of the ice cream base.
Layer the ice cream. First, add a third of the cinnamon ice cream base, then a third of the plain base. Swirl together. Drop in 1/3 of the dough chunks. Repeat twice for the remaining ingredients.
Freeze the ice cream for 6 hours or overnight.
