Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken
Quick and easy, three ingredient slow-cooker chicken, perfect for simple weeknight meals, wrapped up in a tortilla with refreshing cucumber.
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 16 oz jar salsa
- 1 tbsp southwest seasoning mix
Lay Chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle with fajita mix. Top with salsa. Cook on high for 3 hrs, or until chicken is cooked through.Remove chicken with tongs, to a cutting board. Pull apart with 2 forks, then add back to salsa mix in the crockpot. Serve as you like.
