Homemade Cashew Butter

Quick and easy homemade condiment made with just cashews. Great on toast or stirred into oatmeal.

  • 2 cups cashews


  • Place cashews into the bowl of a food processor or a blender. Blend for 10-12 minutes, until creamy and buttery, scraping the sides with a spatula every few minutes.
  • Store in a jar with a lid, in the fridge.


Notes - This recipe makes about a cup of cashew butter.
Storage - Nut butters are best stored in the fridge. Let them sit for a few minutes to be about to stir and spread easily.
