Ingredients

  • ½ lb noodles (½ lb, spaghettini show in photos)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste optional
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
  • For optional garnish: sesame seeds sliced green onions, Sriracha hot sauce

Instructions

  • Whisk together everything but the noodles and garnish.
  • Cook your choice of noodles according to package directions.
  • Drain noodles then add pot back to heat. Add noodles and sauce, stir to combine and heat through then remove from heat and serve.
  • Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds and sriracha sauce (optional).
