Greek Turkey Burger

5 ingredient Greek Turkey Burgers on a brioche bun with Tzatziki sauce, cucumber, lettuce, and red onion. These burger patties are easy to make and full of flavor with a homemade Greek seasoning mix. Serve with a side salad or lemon potatoes for a simple weeknight dinner.

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp greek seasoning mix
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 6 brioche buns
  • Toppings Tzatziki sauce, sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, lettuce, spinach, crumbled feta cheese


  • In a large bowl, mix together all of the burger ingredients.
  • Form the mixture into six burger patties. Use wet hands to keep the mixture from sticking.
  • Fry for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. 
  • Serve each burger patty on a bun and add your choice of toppings.


Notes - 
Substitutions - Use ground beef or chicken in place of ground turkey if you prefer.  
Storage - Store in a container with a lid in the fridge for about 3-4 days.  Can be frozen.
