The Best Banana Bread
The best every, easiest banana bread. Add ½ cup chocolate chips if you feel like it, for a treat.
Servings: 1 loaf
Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, combine bananas, eggs, oil and sugar.
In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder and salt. Add to wet mixture, and combine well.
Pour into a greased 9x5 pan, sprinkle with remaining oats and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until fully cooked.
