  • 2 chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup spelt flour or all purpose
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Baking spray/Oil Spritzer


  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Combine bread crumbs, flour and all spices in a medium bowl.
  • Whisk egg separately in a small bowl.
  • Dip each chicken strip into egg, then flour mixture, coating well. (using one hand for wet and one for dry)
  • Lay on baking sheet covered with silicone mat or parchment. Spray with baking spray, then bake for about 24 minutes, or until cooked through, flipping once halfway.
