Ingredients
Add the dry couscous to a bowl.
Add the same amount of boiling water.
Add salt, stir and cover with a lid. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add the bell pepper, onion, capers, and olives.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over.
Add fresh chopped parsley, stir and serve.
