Avocado Cilantro Salad Dressing - Creamy, healthy and homemade salad dressing with the bold flavors of cilantro and lime.

This Avocado Cilantro Dressing only takes 4 ingredients, plus salt and pepper and water. And it only take a minute or two to whip up in blender!
This dressing is pictured above on my Taco Salad.
How to Make Avocado Cilantro Dressing
Just add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth, adding water as needed to get to the consistency you prefer.

Avocado Cilantro Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- ¼ bunch of cilantro
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- water as needed (½ cup approx)
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a small blender cup. Blend until smooth adding water as needed.
- Store in the fridge, in a container with a lid.
