- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Honey Sriracha Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup liquid honey
- ½ teaspoon fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
To Garnish
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- fresh oregano leaves
Instructions
For the Sauce
- Make the Sauce: Mix all of the sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, and then turn the heat down to a simmer for 5 minutes.
For the Potatoes
- Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 350°F.
- Prep Potatoes: Cut the potatoes into fairly evenly sized wedges. Toss to coat with the oil, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, leaving space between the wedges.
- Cook Potatoes: Air fry the wedges for 10 minutes, flip them, and then air fry for another 10-12 minutes until fork tender with blackened bits.
To Garnish
- To Serve: Stack the sweet potatoes on a platter or individual plates and drizzle with the sauce, add the crumbled feta cheese, and scatter the fresh oregano leaves. Serve hot with extra sauce for dipping.
